These terms govern your use of the Munsiq website and any service we provide. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them. We've kept them straightforward.

About Munsiq

Munsiq is an AI automation business based in Dubai, UAE, founded by Najeeb. We build review automation systems for beauty clinics and other small businesses.

The service

If you become a client, we'll deliver the specific scope of work agreed in writing — typically the setup and ongoing management of a Google review automation system for your clinic. The exact deliverables, pricing, and timeline will be confirmed in your individual agreement before any work starts.

Ethical use

Munsiq only operates within ethical and legal boundaries. We do not write fake reviews, incentivise reviews in ways that violate Google's policies, or do anything that could harm your business reputation. If a client asks us to do something we believe is unethical or risky, we will decline.

Cancellation

Our services are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time with 14 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts or lock-ins. Reviews collected through Munsiq remain on your Google profile after cancellation — they belong to your business, not us.

Refunds

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll always do the right thing — talk to us.

Liability

Munsiq is not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control, including changes to Google's review policies, WhatsApp service interruptions, or actions taken by third parties. We do everything reasonable to keep your service running smoothly.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Active clients will be notified of any meaningful changes directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
