This privacy policy explains how Munsiq ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our website or work with us as a client. We've kept it short and in plain English because we believe you deserve that.

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you give us — your name, email, phone number, clinic name, and any message you send. We don't track you with invasive analytics, sell your data, or pass it on to third parties.

If you become a Munsiq client, we may also process customer data on your behalf (such as your clients' phone numbers and appointment details) strictly for the purpose of running the review automation system you've hired us to run.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call, and (if you become a client) deliver the service you've signed up for. That's it. We don't email you newsletters you didn't ask for. We don't add you to mailing lists.

How we store it

Your information is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We follow industry standard practices to keep it safe. If you're a client, any of your customer data we process on your behalf is stored only for as long as we're working together — and deleted on request.

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business — for example, email providers and the WhatsApp Business API. These providers have their own privacy policies and only ever see what's strictly necessary to do their job.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email najeeb@munsiq.com.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top and let our active clients know directly.
