When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you give us — your name, email, phone number, clinic name, and any message you send. We use Google Ads conversion tracking on the site and trusted communication tools to respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data.

If you become a Munsiq client, we may also process customer data on your behalf (such as client phone numbers and appointment details) strictly for the purpose of running the follow-up and review workflow you've hired us to manage.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to respond to your enquiry, schedule a call, and, if you become a client, deliver the service you've signed up for. We do not add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

How we store it

Your information may be stored by the communication and form tools we use to run the business, as well as by your own email provider if you choose to contact us that way. We keep access limited to what is needed to respond and deliver the service. If you're a client, we keep any customer data we process on your behalf only for as long as the service requires or as agreed with you.

Third parties

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run our business — for example, advertising, email, CRM, hosting, and messaging providers. These providers only see what is necessary for them to do their job and have their own privacy policies.
